Neuroaffirming Psychotherapy for Adolescents, Young Adults, and Parents
Therapy rooted in acceptance, respect, and hope.
Neuroaffirming
If you or your child has been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism, expect to be seen and respected. We’ll discuss ways to ensure that therapy is a place of safety and support, including accommodations for individual sensory and executive functioning needs. Neuroaffirming therapy helps lessen the anxiety that can come from navigating the world as a neurodiverse individual.
Attachment Informed
We are all shaped by our past and present relationships. Relationships between friends, parents and their children, romantic partners, and even colleagues all have a profound impact on our mental health. From within the safety of the therapeutic relationship itself, we’ll work on healing old relational wounds and strengthening meaningful connections.
Trauma Sensitive
Experiencing trauma—whether from a single event or from repeated stress over time—can reshape how our minds and bodies move through the world around us. Therapy that is safe, relational, and informed by the wisdom of the body can help our wounded nervous systems rediscover balance, ease, and hope.
